If thats what you're calling for, why didn't all of the people who kept calling for Ursan nerfs try to find a group that let them run what they wanted to? Either they were too lazy or were incapable. The former shouldn't have been rewarded. The latter means that the will of a vocal minority was imposed on the majority who were having fun the way things were. Either way, in my opinion, it was the wrong choice.

so the alternative is give each class one primary attribute pve elite area only skill (like the celestial skills) so, each class has a unique skill that will help in that situation.

presto every profession has something to offer.

That is not an answer, and this is why. The real problem you are experiencing is class discrimination when forming groups based on player prejudice. If each class had a new primary attribute skill, then players would just decide that certain skills are better than the others, and would exclude the classes that don't have the "best" new skill.

The solution is, again, to find at least one other person who wants to do all the quests like you do, and form your own group.

In speedclears, people use whatever clears fastest to them.

In normal clears, you're better of not PuGging.

You're available to do these areas with a multitude of builds already, but people want maximum efficiency in their eyes.

The only way to make all professions equally desirable in all areas would be to make them all equally powerful in all combinations and all builds. Ursan did that. If you don't make all professions exactly equal, like Ursan did, some combination will always be considered slightly more powerful, and the slightly less powerful avoided.

The problem is that by making all professions exactly equal, like Ursan did, you effectively remove all builds and professions from the game. If everything plays the same, it doesn't matter what you play.
That is part of the reason why Ursan was so bad for the game, it did away with necros, mesmers, warriors, etc and replaced them all with Ursans.

To make your new totally-equal skills equal to all players, you also have to design it for the lowest common denominator, so even idiots and little children can't play it wrong. That is, no combos, no synergy, no tactics, just random button mashing.
That is more of the reason why Ursan was so bad for the game.

So, as is probably obvious:

Each class is useful in Elite areas, especially now, you just have to have good players who are willing to think outside the PUG mentality.

And even the original Ursan failed to make classes exactly the same. There were people looking for W/Mes because they'd have more armour, or necros because of Soul Reaping...
